TOSHIBA TPD4135K Manual

TPD4135K is a high-voltage SOI process DC brushless motor driver that supports 3 shunt resistance current detection. It integrates level-shifted high-side driver, low-side driver, overcurrent protection circuit, over-temperature protection circuit, under-voltage protection circuit, output IGBT and FRD, which can directly drive variable-speed DC brushless motor by microcontroller control signal.
