Notice of Change to BlackRock Global Funds Series Prospectus

QDII BlackRock World Agriculture Fund will be renamed NutriScience Fund and its investment policy will be expanded to allow it to invest in equity securities of companies involved in agriculture and food. BlackRock Clean Energy Fund will also be renamed BlackRock Clean Energy Fund in order to reflect its investment in the power, transportation and building environment industries.
