Hela-Luc cells are a Luciferase stable cell line constructed by lentivirus, which has the advantages of stable and efficient luciferase gene expression, strong specificity, high imaging quality and accurate quantification of luminescence intensity. It can be used for a variety of flexible applications, including promoter activity research, mammalian cell double hybridization experiments and in vivo imaging experiments.
