LKS561 datasheet

LKS561 is a integrated circuit used to drive MOS/IGBT gate. The chip has two groups of high side driving outputs and low side driving outputs, which can simultaneously drive two MOS/IGBT devices. The high-side device uses a floating pin to realize voltage lift, with a maximum withstand voltage of +300V. The input signal can be compatible with CMOS and LSTTL levels.
