The AAT1157 1MHz 1.2A Buck DC/DC Converter is a highly efficient switching power IC for single-cell lithium-ion/polymer battery applications. It features a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range and a fixed 1MHz switching frequency for low ripple and high efficiency. The AAT1157 features integrated MOSFETs for up to 1.2A of output current, fully integrated compensation for simplified system design, and a Pb-free, 16-pin 3x3mm QFN package.
