The AD7988-1/AD7988-5 are 16-bit lower power PulSAR ADCs from Analog Devices. They offer 100 kSPS and 500 kSPS conversion rates, and ±0.6 LSB typical I / N and 91.5 dB typical S / N. AD7988-1/AD7988-5 use a pseudo-differential input that can be input from 0 V to VREF, with VREF ranging from 2.5 V to 5.5 V. They support 1.8 V to 5 V logic interface and provide SPI-/QSPI-/MICROWIRE™-/DSP compatible serial interface. The AD7988-1/AD7988-5 use a 10-pin MSOP and a 10-pin LFCSP package, which can meet the needs of a variety of applications.
