This document describes a multichannel ISM band FSK/GFSK/OOK/GOOK/ASK transmitter ADF7012 Rev. 0. The product is a single-chip, low power UHF transmitter that operates in the frequency range of 75 MHz to 1 GHz. It supports multichannel operation using Frac-N PLL technology. The operating voltage range is 2.3 V to 3.6 V. It has programmable output power, data rates, and low current consumption. It is suitable for applications such as low-cost wireless data transfer, security systems, RF remote controls, wireless metering, and secure keyless entry.
