ADP3654 is a high current, dual channel, 4A MOSFET driver. It has standard pinout, high current drive capability, accurate UVLO comparator, 3.3V compatible input, 10ns typical rise and fall time, matched channel delay, fast propagation delay, 4.5V to 18V supply voltage, parallelable dual outputs, -40°C to +125°C junction temperature and enhanced package, suitable for AC-to-DC switch mode power supplies, DC-to-DC power supplies, synchronous rectification and motor drives.
