ANALOG DEVICES TMP01* Manual

TMP01 is a low power temperature controller from Analog Devices. It supports operation in the range of -55℃ to 125℃, with an accuracy of ±1.0℃. It also supports user-defined temperature trip points and hysteresis. TMP01 is TTL/CMOS compatible and has a single-supply operation (4.5 V to 13.2 V). It is available in 8-pin DIP and SO packages.
