ANALOG DEVICES ADF7025 Manual

ADF7025 is a high performance ISM band transceiver IC from Analog Devices. It works in the frequency range of 431MHz-464MHz, 862MHz-870MHz and 902MHz-928MHz. It supports data rates of 9.6kbps to 384kbps, FSK. The operating voltage is 2.3V-3.6V, and the output power can be programmed from -16dBm to +13dBm in 63 steps. The receiver sensitivity is -104.2dBm (38.4kbps), -100dBm (172.8kbps) and -95.8dBm (384kbps). The working current is 19mA (receive mode) and 28mA (transmit mode).
