ANALOG DEVICES AD807 Manual

The AD807 is a fiber optic receiver with a quantizer and clock recovery and data retiming. It meets CCITT G.958 requirements and Bellcore TR-NWT-000253 requirements. It accepts NRZ data, no preamble required, and has a 2.0 degrees RMS output jitter. It uses phase-locked loop type clock recovery, no crystal required. Its quantizer sensitivity is 2 mV, level detect range is 2.0 mV to 30 mV, single supply operation is +5 V or -5.2 V, low power is 170 mW, 10 KH ECL/PECL compatible output, 16-lead narrow 150 mil SOIC package.
