Aries specializes in custom design and production of Series 800 VertisocketsTM with vertical mounting and bifurcated contacts. The products offer exceptional design freedom with various mounting positions and pin configurations. The standard products are made of black UL 94V-0 4/6 Nylon, with Grade A spring-tempered Phosphor Bronze bifurcated contacts and 10μm minimum gold plating over 50μm minimum nickel plating. The products have a contact current rating of 1.5 Amps and can operate at temperatures up to 221°F [105°C] (for Tin and Tin/Lead plating) or 257°F [125°C] (for Gold plating).
