ANALOG DEVICES ADL5523 Manual

The ADL5523 is a high performance GaAs pHEMT low noise amplifier. It provides high gain and low noise figure for single-downconversion IF sampling receiver architectures as well as direct-downconversion receivers. The device offers 400 MHz to 4000 MHz operation, 0.8 dB noise figure and 21.5 dB gain. The ADL5523 uses single supply operation, with a voltage range of 3 V to 5 V. It includes an integrated active bias control circuit, integrated dc blocking capacitors and an adjustable bias circuit for low power applications.
