ANALOG DEVICES ADL5521 Manual

ADL5521 is a high performance GaAs pHEMT low noise amplifier. It provides high gain and low noise figure for single- downconversion IF sampling receiver architectures as well as direct-downconversion receivers. The device operates from 400 MHz to 4000 MHz, has a noise figure of 0.8 dB at 900 MHz, and can provide up to 20.8 dB of gain.
