ADL5530 is a high performance fixed gain RF amplifier with a fixed gain of 16.5dB, operating frequency range from DC to 1000MHz, input/output matched 50Ω, output third order intercept (OIP3) is 37dBm, noise figure is 3dB. Suitable for VCO buffers, general purpose Tx/Rx amplification and other applications.
