ANALOG DEVICES ADL5323 Manual

The ADL5323 is a high linearity GaAs driver amplifier from ADI that is internally matched to 50Ω for operation in the 1700MHz to 2400MHz frequency range. The amplifier, which has a gain of 20dB, has been specially designed for use in the output stage of a cellular base station radio or as an input preamplifier in a multicarrier base station radio.
