ANALOG DEVICES AD8158 Manual

The AD8158 is a 6.5 Gbps Quad Buffer Mux/Demux with 2:1 mux/1:2 demux functionality and CML inputs that supports dc to 6.5 Gbps NRZ data. The device features programmable input equalization, programmable output pre-emphasis, programmable output levels with squelch and disable, and 50 Ω on-chip termination. The AD8158 is suitable for low cost redundancy switch, SONET OC48/SDH16 and lower data rate, XAUI/GbE/FC/Infiniband over backplane OIF CEI 6.25 Gb applications.
