AD823 is a single-supply, 16MHz, rail-to-rail FET input amplifier produced by Analog Devices, with a power supply voltage range from 3V to 36V, an output voltage range from ground to supply voltage, a 500pF output capacitance load capability, an output current of 15mA, an output voltage swing of 16MHz, a low distortion of -108dBc, a low noise of 16nV/√Hz, and no phase inversion, which can be applied to battery-powered precision instruments, photodiode preamplifiers, active filters, 12-bit to 16-bit data acquisition systems, and medical devices.
