The AD8313 is a complete multistage demodulating logarithmic amplifier, capable of operating in a wide bandwidth range of 0.1 GHz to 2.5 GHz. It features high dynamic range, high accuracy, fast response, and is suitable for applications such as RF transmitter power amplifier setpoint control and level monitoring, RSSI measurement, cellular base stations, radio links, and radar.
