This document describes the features of ADM3483/ADM3485/ADM3488/ADM3490/ADM3491 3.3V slew rate limited, half- and full-duplex RS-485/RS-422 transceivers. These transceivers are interoperable with 5V logic, compliant with EIA RS-422 and RS-485 standards over full common-mode range, offer multiple data rate options, reduced slew rates for low EMI, low power shutdown mode, support up to 32 transceivers on the bus, and more. They are suitable for low power RS-485/RS-422 applications, telecom, industrial process control, HVAC, and other fields.
