The ADG438F/ADG439F are CMOS analog multiplexers, the ADG438F comprising 8 single channels and the ADG439F comprising four differential channels. These multiplexers provide fault protection. Using a series n-channel, p-channel, n-channel MOSFET structure, this structure has very fast switching times (tON 250ns max and tOFF 150ns max) and high withstand voltage (–40 V, +55 V). All switches are turned off when the power supply is turned off, and if an overvoltage occurs, the analog output of the ON channel will be clamped within the power supply.
