The ADP2323 is a dual-channel, 3 A, 20 V synchronous step-down regulator with integrated high-side MOSFETs. Its key features include input voltage range of 4.5 V to 20 V, output accuracy of ±1%, integrated 90 mΩ high-side MOSFETs (typical), flexible output configurations, programmable switching frequency, external synchronization input, programmable phase shift, internal clock output, optional PWM or PFM operating mode, current limiting adjustable for small inductors, external compensation and soft start, and pre-charged output after start-up.
