ADM8690/ADM8691/ADM8692/ADM8693/ADM8694/ADM8695 are a series of microprocessor supervisory circuits developed by Analog Devices. It has the advantages of ultra-low power consumption, high-precision voltage monitoring, low switch on resistance, large current drive, adjustable watchdog timer, 400nA standby current, automatic battery backup power switching, extremely fast chip enable signal gating (3ns), etc. It is widely used in microprocessor systems, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, automotive systems and other fields.
