The AD7849 is a 14-bit/16-bit serial input multiplying digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The DAC architecture ensures excellent differential linearity and low output noise. The device has a programmable gain factor, which is 2**10 or 2**12 in 10-bit or 12-bit mode, respectively. The AD7849 has an on-chip reference voltage source and internal error correction for high accuracy.
