Awei Electronics AW9364 LED Driver User Manual
The AW9364 is a four‑channel, ultra‑low dropout constant‑current LED driver designed for portable devices such as phones, cameras and MP3 players. It provides 20 mA per channel with only 40 mV voltage drop and supports 16 linear dimming steps using a one‑wire pulse‑count method.
The device includes built‑in Deglitch circuitry to prevent EN‑pin glitches, over‑heat protection, and ESD protection up to ±8 kV. It is offered in QFN3x3‑16L, DFN2x2‑8L and MSOP‑8L packages and operates from 2.8 V to 5.5 V with a shutdown current below 0.1 µA. This manual is written in Chinese.
