Philips YP6802 300mA Low Dropout Regulator Datasheet
The YP6802 is a CMOS‑based low‑dropout (LDO) regulator offering a wide output voltage range of 1.2 V to 5.0 V with high accuracy (±2 %). It delivers up to 300 mA of output current while consuming only 8 µA of quiescent current and includes built‑in over‑current and short‑circuit protection.
