SC1004(A) is a precision voltage reference with ±0.8%(0.32% for SC1004A version) initial accuracy, typical dynamic output impedance 0.2Ω, minimum operating current 20µA and maximum operating current 20mA. It is ideal for very low power circuitry such as battery powered systems, micropower circuitry, portable meters and temperature sensors.
