Rycom RI-200 Inspection Camera Instrument Manual
The RI-200 is a modular, portable pipe inspection system consisting of three main parts: a control module with a 10.4‑inch LCD, a lightweight aluminum cable‑reel chassis, and an automatically level‑adjusted color camera. The system is designed for 3‑to‑8‑inch diameter pipes and can push the camera up to 200 ft (60 m). It includes a DVD recorder, optional text writer, and a 512 Hz probe for precise positioning.
The control module provides brightness, distance counter, microphone and speaker controls, and a DVD‑R recorder. The cable‑reel chassis features a telescoping handle and rubber wheels for easy movement, with interchangeable reels of 150", 200" or 300" length. The camera head contains 16 white LEDs and a 512 Hz probe, delivering bright, clear images even in low light.
