LEAPER-48 Handheld Universal IC Programmer Manual
The LEAPER-48 is a compact, lightweight handheld IC programmer that connects via USB 1.1 and supports a wide range of IC packages, including 48‑pin ZIF sockets and DIP devices under 600 mil.
