The FUNKE+HUSTER•FERNSIG Rotating Mirror Beacons SLD 1 / SLD 2 / SLD 3 are optical signalling devices designed for use in noisy environments. They provide warning signals without noise and can operate continuously. These beacons are available for usual supply voltages and have general design approval for use on vehicles by the German traffic authorities. The SLD 1 and SLD 2 rotating mirror beacons use H1 halogen lamps with either 12 V, 55 W or 24 V, 70 W. The caps come in transparent, red, amber, green, and blue colors. The SLD 3 rotating mirror beacon is specifically suitable for use on forklift trucks due to its power supply and vibration-absorbing mounting. It is available in two versions with power supply ranges of 36 VDC to 60 VDC or 80 VDC to 120 VDC.
