This document describes the features and characteristics of ASCEND Semiconductor's 4Mx4 EDO chip. The chip is fabricated with advanced submicron CMOS technology and is designed to operate from a single 3.3V power supply. It features high-speed access time, low power dissipation, extended data out mode, and CMOS level I/O.
