AH276 COMPLEMENTARY OUTPUT HALL EFFECT LATCH Data Sheet
The AH276 is an integrated Hall sensor with output driver designed for electronic commutation of brushless DC motor applications. It includes an on-chip Hall sensor, an amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, a temperature compensation circuit, and two complementary open-collector drivers. The device can detect the magnetic flux density in a variable magnetic field and provide corresponding output signals.
