Analog Devices AD7634 18‑Bit 670 kSPS Differential Programmable Input PulSAR ADC Datasheet
The AD7634 is an 18‑bit charge‑redistribution successive approximation register (SAR) analog‑to‑digital converter fabricated in Analog Devices' iCMOS high‑voltage process.
