TS3702 is a micropower CMOS dual voltage comparator with extremely low consumption of 9μA typ / comparator (20 times less than bipolar LM393). The push-pull CMOS output stage allows power and space saving by eliminating the external pull-up resistor required by usual open- collector output comparators. Thus response times remain similar to the LM393.
The TS339 is a micropower CMOS quad voltage comparator with extremely low power consumption, low input bias current, wide supply range, high input impedance, and fast response time.
TS27L2 is a low power dual operational amplifier produced by ST. It can be powered by single or dual supplies. It uses the ST silicon gate CMOS process and has an excellent consumption-speed ratio. It is ideally suited for low consumption applications. The input impedance is very high and the input current is extremely low. The output voltage can swing to ground. It has excellent phase margin and stable and low offset voltage.
LS404 is a high performance quad operational amplifier with single/split supply operation, low power consumption, short circuit protection, low distortion, low noise, high gain-bandwidth product and high channel separation.
The LM101A is a general purpose operational amplifier that offers features such as low current drain, input and output overload protection, no latch-up when the common-mode range is exceeded, no oscillations, and compensation with a single 30pF capacitor.
The TSH94 is a high-performance low-power quad operational amplifier with standby function. It features low power consumption, high speed, low noise, etc., and is suitable for high-quality video signal processing and high-quality audio applications.
LM2904, LM2904A low-power dual operational amplifier is an internally frequency-compensated operational amplifier designed specifically for automotive and industrial control systems. It has a large input common-mode range, large output voltage swing, and low supply current.
LM2903 is a low-power dual voltage comparator produced by ST company. It features a wide supply voltage range, low input bias current, low output saturation voltage, and TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, and CMOS compatible outputs.
The UA748 is a general purpose operational amplifier with features such as low offset and temperature drift, large common-mode and differential voltage ranges, low power consumption, and short-circuit protection. It can be used as a comparator and amplifier.
The TS912 is a single/dual supply operation rail-to-rail CMOS dual operational amplifier with extremely low input bias current, low input offset voltage, low supply current and latch-up immunity
This document describes the features and characteristics of the precision low power CMOS quad operational amplifiers TS27M4C, TS27M4I, and TS27M4M, released in September 2008 Rev 2.
TS27M2, TS27M2A, TS27M2B Low-power CMOS dual operational amplifiers feature a wide supply voltage range (3 to 16 V), ultra-low consumption (150 µA/op), output voltage swing to ground, excellent phase margin on capacitive load, gain bandwidth product of 1 MHz typical, and Vio down to 2 mV max. The TS27L4 series are low-cost, low-power quad operational amplifiers designed to operate with single or dual supplies. These operational amplifiers use the ST silicon gate CMOS process allowing an excellent consumption-speed ratio. These series are ideally suited for low consumption applications. Three power consumptions are available enabling the best consumption-speed ratio: ICC = 10 µA/amp: TS27L4 (very low power), ICC = 150 µA/amp: TS27M4 (low power), ICC = 1 mA/amp: TS274 (standard). These CMOS amplifiers offer very high input impedance and extremely low input currents. The major advantage versus JFET devices is the very low input current drift with temperature (see Figure 4).
