Injection of Caspofungin Acetate is the acetate of caspofungin. It is indicated for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients (three months or older) with: Empirical therapy for suspected fungal infection in neutropenic patients with fever; Treatment of invasive aspergillosis in patients who have failed or are intolerant to other therapies.
