The AD7923 is a 12-bit, high speed, low power, 4-channel, successive approximation ADC. It features high throughput rate, low power consumption, wide input bandwidth, and flexible power/serial clock speed management.

This document describes the evaluation board for the AD7899 high speed, low power, 14-bit A/D converter. The evaluation board features a full-featured design, suitable for use with the AD7899 Eval-Board controller and standalone use. On-board components include the AD780 +2.5V ultra-high precision bandgap reference and an op-amp for the analog inputs. Interface to this board is through a 96-pin connector.

AD7891-2CB is a Single Supply, 12-Bit 500 kSPS ADC Evaluation Board with full-featured, EVAL-CONTROL BOARD compatible, stand-alone capability, on-board analog buffering and reference, and various linking options.

AD7891-1CB is an evaluation board for Analog Devices' single supply, 12-bit 454 kSPS ADC. It supports the EVAL-CONTROL BOARD, has stand-alone capability, onboard analog buffering and reference, and various linking options. When used with the EVAL-CONTROL BOARD, it can be controlled and data analyzed using PC software.

The AD7888 is a high speed, low power, 12-bit ADC that operates from a single +2.7 V to +5.25 V power supply. The AD7888 is capable of a 125 kSPS throughput rate. The input track-and-hold acquires a signal in 500 ns and features a single-ended sampling scheme. The AD7888 contains eight single-ended inputs, and uses a SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE/DSP compatible serial interface. The AD7888 is suitable for battery-powered systems (personal digital assistants, medical instruments, mobile communications), instrumentation and control systems, high-speed modems, and other applications.

AD7877 is a touch screen controller manufactured by Analog Devices. It has a 4-wire touch screen interface, LCD noise reduction feature, automatic conversion sequencer and timer, user-programmable conversion parameters, on-chip temperature sensor, on-chip 2.5 V reference, on-chip 8-bit DAC, 3 auxiliary analog inputs, 1 dedicated and 3 optional GPIOs, 2 direct battery measurement channels (0.5 V to 5 V), 3 interrupt outputs, touch-pressure measurement, wake up on touch function, specified throughput rate of 125 kSPS, single supply, VCC of 2.7 V to 5.25 V, separate VDRIVE level for serial interface, shutdown mode: 1 µA max, 32-lead LFCSP 5 mm x 5 mm package.

AD7859/AD7859L are high-precision, low-power, single-supply (3V to 5.5V), 8-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). They feature system and self-calibration, and provide a flexible parallel interface.

AD7854/AD7854L is a single-supply 200 kSPS 12-bit sampling ADC produced by Analog Devices. It has read-only operation and system self-calibration function. It also supports low power mode, the power consumption is 15 mW (VDD = 3V). It supports 12-bit parallel and 8-bit parallel interfaces. It is suitable for battery-powered systems, personal digital assistants, medical instruments, mobile communications, pen computers, instrumentation and control systems, high speed modems, etc.

The AD7853/AD7853L are high speed, low power, 12-bit ADCs that operate from a single 3 V or 5 V power supply, the AD7853 being optimized for speed and the AD7853L for low power. They have system and self-calibration functions, and automatically calibrate on power-up. The flexible serial interface is compatible with 8051/SPI/QSPI/�P. Suitable for battery-powered systems, personal digital assistants, medical instruments, mobile communications, etc.

AD7851 is a 14-bit 333kSPS serial ADC with single 5V supply, pseudo-differential input, system self-calibration, read/write calibration data, and supports 8051/SPI/QSPI/I2C interface, working temperature range of -40℃~+125℃

The AD7843 is a 12-bit successive-approximation ADC with a synchronous serial interface and low on resistance switches for driving touch screens. The part operates from a single 2.2 V to 5.25 V power supply and features throughput rates greater than 125 kSPS.
