This document describes the features and characteristics of the AD8253 iCMOS programmable gain instrumentation amplifier, including small package, programmable gain setting, wide supply range, excellent DC and AC performance.

AD8253 is a 10MHz, 20V/μs, G=1, 10, 100, 1000 iCMOS programmable gain instrumentation amplifier with small package, programmable gain, digital or pin programmable, wide power supply voltage, excellent DC performance, high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR), low gain drift, low offset drift, excellent AC performance, 0.001% fast settling time, high slew rate, low distortion, frequency-dependent high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR), low noise etc.

The AD8228 Low Gain Drift Precision Instrumentation Amplifier is a high performance instrumentation amplifier with very high gain accuracy. Because all gain setting resistors are internal and laser trimmed, gain drift is very low. The AD8228 also features 100 dB of common mode rejection ratio and 8 nV/√Hz of low noise, making it ideal for applications requiring high precision and low noise such as weigh scales, industrial process controls, bridge amplifiers, precision data acquisition systems, medical instrumentation, strain gages, and transducer interfaces.

The AD8295 is a precision instrumentation amplifier from Analog Devices. It contains a precision instrumentation amplifier, 2 operational amplifiers, and 2 matched resistors. The chip is packaged in a 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP, has a power supply range of ±2.3 V to ±18 V, and has a 1 ppm/°C, 0.03% resistor matching.

The AD8226 is a low cost instrumentation amplifier that requires only one external resistor to set any gain between 1 and 1000. The amplifier has a wide power supply range and high output voltage, making it suitable for use in industrial process controls, bridge amplifiers, medical instrumentation, portable data acquisition, and multichannel systems.

AD8227 is a rail-to-rail output instrumentation amplifier with a wide supply range. It features adjustable gain range, input voltage below ground, inputs protected beyond supplies, and very wide power supply range.

The AD8235 is a low-power, low-noise, low-input-offset-voltage instrumentation amplifier with high common-mode rejection ratio and high gain accuracy. The device is available in a 1.5 mm × 2.2 mm wafer-level chip scale package (WLCSP), making it ideal for space-constrained applications such as medical instrumentation, low-side current sensing, and portable electronics.

The AD8429 is an ultralow noise, high accuracy instrumentation amplifier with input noise of 1 nV/√Hz and output noise of 45 nV/√Hz. It is ideal for applications such as medical instrumentation, precision data acquisition, microphone preamplification, and vibration analysis.

AD8426 is a 2-channel, wide supply range, rail-to-rail output instrumentation amplifier with a single supply range of 2.2 V to 36 V and a dual supply range of ±1.35 V to ±18 V. It can be used in industrial process controls, bridge amplifiers, medical instrumentation, portable data acquisition, and multichannel systems.

AD8428 is a low noise, low gain drift instrumentation amplifier with a fixed gain of 2000, access to internal nodes for flexibility, high accuracy DC performance, and excellent AC specifications.

The AD640 is a complete monolithic logarithmic amplifier. A single chip contains five stages, each having a gain of 10 dB and a bandwidth of 350 MHz. The signal path is fully differential and direct-coupled. The logarithmic slope, intercept, and AC response are stable over full military temperature range.

AD641 is a 250MHz demodulating logarithmic amplifier with 44dB dynamic range, 2.0nV/√Hz input noise voltage, 50µV input offset voltage, low power (9mA for +VS, 35mA for -VS) and dual polarity current outputs.
