FEL Valves Emag/Emag2 Free Fall Fire Valve Product Leaflet
The Emag and Emag2 are electromagnetic quick‑release devices used with electrically actuated fire valve systems. They release the valve instantly when de‑energised, allowing remote fire‑valve closure. Both models can be installed wall‑mounted, using a stainless‑steel release cable, or direct‑mounted above the valve for electrical‑only operation. The Emag2 adds auxiliary volt‑free change‑over contacts that signal valve status.
Technical data are provided for each product code. All versions deliver a holding force of 40 kg and consume 2 VA. Voltage options are 24 V dc, 110 V ac and 230 V ac. Ordering information and contact details for FEL Valves Ltd. are included.
