SemiLEDs P2O-X-A High Power LED Datasheet
The P2O‑X‑A series from SemiLEDs uses M vpLED™ technology to deliver high efficacy, low thermal resistance, and excellent color stability for a wide range of lighting applications. The LEDs are reflow‑solderable at 240 °C and maintain less than 10 % light output decay under harsh test conditions.
The datasheet includes detailed electrical ratings, luminous flux values, thermal resistance (10 °C/W), recommended solder pad dimensions, soldering profiles, and extensive reliability test results. It also confirms RoHS compliance and provides mechanical dimensions and shipping information.
Covers: Features · Characteristics · Relative Spectral Power Distribution · Typical Light Output Characteristics vs. Junction Temperature · Thermal Design · Typical Forward L‑I Characteristics
