Hittite Microwave HMC441LM1 GaAs PHEMT MMIC Medium Power Amplifier Datasheet

The HMC441LM1 is a broadband 7‑15.5 GHz GaAs PHEMT MMIC medium‑power amplifier in a lead‑less SMT package. It delivers 15 dB of gain, 21.5 dBm saturated output power and 27% PAE with a single +5 V supply, and includes optional gate bias for gain and power adjustment.

Typical applications include point‑to‑point radios, VSAT, LO drivers for mixers, and military EW/ECM.
