MC10EL31, MC100EL31 5 V ECL D Flip-Flop With Set and Reset

The MC10EL51 is a differential clock D flip-flop with reset. The device has higher performance capabilities compared to the E151, with significantly faster propagation delays and output transition times.

MC14027B is a dual J-K edge-triggered flip-flop with independent J, K, Clock (C), Set (S) and Reset (R) inputs for each flip-flop. These devices may be used in control, register, or toggle functions.

The MC14001B series is a CMOS gate circuit constructed with P and N channel enhancement mode devices. Its primary use is in applications where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired. The supply voltage range is 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc, and all outputs are buffered. It is capable of driving two low-power TTL loads or one low-power Schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range. The inputs have double diode protection, except for MC14011B and MC14081B which have triple diode protection.

MC7800, MC7800A, NCV7805 1.0 A Positive Voltage Regulators are monolithic integrated circuits designed as fixed−voltage regulators for a wide variety of applications including local, on−card regulation. These regulators employ internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe−area compensation. With adequate heatsinking they can deliver output currents in excess of 1.0 A. Although designed primarily as a fixed voltage regulator, these devices can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltages and currents.

The MC10EP89 is a differential fanout gate specifically designed to drive coaxial cables. The device is especially useful in digital video broadcasting applications; for this application, since the system is polarity free, each output can be used as an independent driver. The driver produces swings 70% larger than a standard ECL output. When driving a coaxial cable, proper termination is required at both ends of the line to minimize signal loss. The 1.6 (5V) and 1.4V (3.3V) swing allow for termination at both ends of the cable, while maintaining a 800mV (5V) and 700mV (3.3V) swing at the receiving end of the cable. Because of the larger output swings, the device cannot be terminated into the standard VCC–2.0V. All of the DC parameters are tested with a 50Ω to VCC–3.0V load. The driver accepts a standard differential ECL input and can run off of the digital video broadcast standard –5.0V supply.

The NCP1404 series are monolithic PWM/PFM step-up DC to DC converters which can automatically change operation mode from PWM to PFM at light loads to improve efficiency at light loads. With only four external components, this series allow a simple means to implement highly efficient converters for powering up portable equipment up to 350 mA loading. Additionally, this series is featured with a Low Battery Detector to monitor battery voltage.

The MC78M00 Series positive voltage regulators are identical to the popular MC7800 Series devices, except that they are specified for only half the output current.
