This document describes the features and characteristics of the BAS21SLT1G dual series high voltage switching diode, including moisture sensitivity level, ESD rating, lead-free, halogen-free/BFR free, and RoHS compliant.

This document describes the features and characteristics of silicon tuning diodes such as MMBV2101LT1 series, MV2105, MV2101, MV2109, and LV2209. They are suitable for FM radio and TV tuning, AFC, general frequency control, and tuning applications.

The MBRD1035CTL is a large area metal-to-silicon power diode that employs the Schottky Barrier principle. It features a highly stable oxide passivated junction, guardring for stress protection, matched dual die construction, etc. It is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diode, and polarity protection diodes.

MC74HC14A is a hex Schmitt-trigger inverter with high-performance silicon-gate CMOS. 1N5820, 1N5821, 1N5822 These three models of Schottky diodes use the Schottky barrier principle in a large area of metal-to-silicon power diodes. State-of-the-art geometry features chrome barrier metal, epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlap contact. Ideally suited for use as rectifiers in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes.

It features a small, compact, surface mountable package with J-Bend leads, and is ideal for low voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and polarity protection diodes, in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.

The MUR120 series is a SWITCHMODE power rectifier designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as free-wheeling diodes. It features ultrafast recovery times, low forward voltage, low leakage current, and a high-temperature glass passivated junction.

The 1N5400 series is a standard recovery rectifier produced by Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC. The series has the following features: high current, small size, high surge current capability, low forward voltage drop, void-free economical plastic package, available in large quantities, meets UL 94 V-0 for flammability, and Pb-free devices.

MR850, MR851, MR852, MR854, MR856 are axial lead fast recovery rectifiers designed for special applications such as DC power supplies, inverters, converters, ultrasonic systems, choppers, low RF interference, and free-wheeling diodes. They have a typical recovery time of 100 nanoseconds and provide high efficiency at frequencies up to 250 kHz. These devices are Pb-Free.

This series of Zener diodes is packaged in a SOD-323 surface mount package that has a power dissipation of 200 mW. They are designed to provide voltage regulation protection and are especially attractive in situations where space is at a premium. They are well suited for applications such as cellular phones, hand held portables, and high density PC boards.

MBR2030CTL is a dual Schottky power rectifier from ON Semiconductor. It has very low forward voltage drop, high junction temperature, high dv/dt capability, excellent ability to withstand reverse avalanche energy transients, low power loss/high efficiency, high surge capacity, 175°C operating junction temperature, 20 A total current (10 A per diode leg), etc.
