This document introduces the Basic Hardware Service provided by Dell, which is applicable to selected servers, storage devices, desktop and laptop computer systems, and printers. In addition to providing technical support options and repair parts, the service also includes warranty repairs for manufacturing defects that occur during the applicable hardware service period.
