Protel 99SE is a database management system. The internal interface is similar to that of Protel 99, with some new functions and enhanced functionality. The new layer stack management function allows you to design 32 signal layers, 16 ground layers, and 16 mechanical layers. The new 3D function allows you to see the three-dimensional effect of the board before processing the printed circuit board. The enhanced printing function allows you to easily modify the printing settings to control the printing results.
