The MagneSil Total RNA mini-Isolation System is a high-throughput purification method for 96-well plates that allows for the rapid and simple purification of intact total RNA from small amounts of cells (≤1×105 cultured cells), tissue (≤2mg tissue, with 100µl of lysis buffer) or fresh whole blood (≤20µl).
