SB107 is a special control chip for jump toast ovens (toasters). It provides timing, defrosting, reheating, and selection of double-sided or single-sided baking. It has great flexibility and ease of setting in timing. In addition, the chip provides a shut-off key. When the shut-off key is pressed, the chip controls the jump toaster to stop working completely.
