MCP2551 is a high-speed CAN device produced by Microchip Technology Inc. It complies with the ISO-11898 standard and supports a data rate of 1 Mb/s. It is suitable for 12V and 24V systems and features slope external control, automatic detection of ground errors in the TXD input, power-on reset, and undervoltage protection. Additionally, it has short-circuit protection, high-voltage transient protection, and automatic thermal shutdown protection, and can connect up to 112 nodes.
