TB6593FNG is a DC motor driver IC produced by Toshiba. It uses LDMOS elements with low ON resistance as output drive tubes, with a maximum supply voltage of 15V and a maximum output current of 1.2A (average) / 3.2A (peak). It has static shutdown (Power save) function, forward / reverse / short circuit brake / stop control function, built-in thermal shutdown (TSD) circuit and low voltage detection circuit, and adopts small surface mount package (SSOP20: 0.65mm pitch). It meets the RoHS directive.
