MAXIM MAX4200/4205 Manual

The MAX4200–MAX4205 are ultra-high-speed, open-loop buffers featuring high slew rate, high output current, low noise, and excellent capacitive-load-driving capability. They use a proprietary architecture to achieve up to 780MHz -3dB bandwidth, 280MHz 0.1dB gain flatness, 4200V/µs slew rate, and ±90mA output current drive capability. They are suitable for driving high-speed analog-to-digital converter (ADC) inputs or for data-communications applications.

MAXIM MAX1044/ICL7660 Manual

MAX1044/ICL7660 is a monolithic CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converter that inverts, doubles, divides, or multiplies a positive input voltage. It is pin compatible with the industry-standard ICL7660 and LTC1044. Operation is guaranteed from 1.5V to 10V with no external diode over the full temperature range. It delivers 10mA with a 0.5V output drop. The MAX1044 has a BOOST pin that raises the oscillator frequency above the audio band and reduces external capacitor size requirements. The MAX1044/ICL7660 combine low quiescent current and high efficiency. Oscillator control circuitry and four power MOSFET switches are included on-chip. Applications include generating a -5V supply from a +5V logic supply to power analog circuitry. For applications requiring more power, the MAX660 delivers up to 100mA with a voltage drop of less than 0.65V.

MAXIM MAX6641 Manual

MAX6641 is a temperature sensor and fan controller that accurately measures the temperature of its own die and the temperature of a remote PN junction. The device uses a 2-wire serial interface to report temperature values in digital form. The temperature data controls the PWM output signal to adjust the speed of the cooling fan. This allows for minimal noise when the system operates at low temperatures, but provides maximum cooling capacity when power consumption increases. The device also features an over-temperature alert output for generating interrupt, slowdown, or shutdown signals. MAX6641 operates in a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V, with a typical supply current of 500mA. The MAX6641 is available in a small 10-pin µMAX package and operates in an automotive temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
