LINEAR LT6202/LT6203/LT6204 handbook

The LT6202/LT6203/LT6204 are single/dual/quad low noise, rail-to-rail input and output unity gain stable op amps that feature 1.9nV/√Hz noise voltage and draw only 2.5mA of supply current per amplifier. These amplifiers combine very low noise and supply current with a 100MHz gain bandwidth product, a 25V/µs slew rate, and are optimized for low supply signal conditioning systems. These amplifiers maintain their performance for supplies from 2.5V to 12.6V and are specified at 3V, 5V and ±5V supplies. Harmonic distortion is less than –80dBc at 1MHz making these amplifiers suitable in low power data acquisition systems. The LT6202 is available in the 5-pin SOT-23 and the 8-pin SO, while the LT6203 comes in 8-pin SO and MSOP pack- ages with standard op amp pinouts. For compact layouts the LT6203 is also available in a tiny fine line leadless package (DFN), while the quad LT6204 is available in the 16-pin SSOP and 14-pin SO packages. These devices can be used as plug-in replacements for many op amps to improve input/output range and noise performance.

LINEAR LT1178/LT1179 handbook

The LT1178 is a micropower dual op amp in the standard 8-pin configuration; the LT1179 is a micropower quad op amp offered in the standard 14-pin packages. Both devices are optimized for single supply operation at 5V. Specifications are also provided at ±15V supplies. The extremely low supply current is combined with true precision specifications: offset voltage is 30µV, offset current is 50pA. Both offset parameters have low drift with temperature. The 1.5pAp-p current noise and picoampere offset current permit the use of megaohm level source resistors without introducing serious errors. Voltage noise, at 0.9µVp-p, is remarkably low considering the low supply current. Both the LT1178 and LT1179 can be operated from a single supply (as low as one lithium cell or two NiCd batteries). The input range goes below ground. The all-NPN output stage swings to within a few millivolts of ground while sinking current—no power consuming pull down resistors are needed. For applications where three times higher supply current is acceptable, the micropower LT1077 single, LT1078 dual and LT1079 quad are recommended. The LT1077/78/79 have significantly higher bandwidth, slew rate, lower voltage noise and better output drive capability.

LINEAR LT1130A/LT1140A series handbook

The LT1130A/LT1140A series are the industry's highest performance 5V RS232 drivers and receivers with small capacitors, low power, high anti-interference and multiple operating modes. The series adopts special bipolar construction technology, ensuring that drivers and receivers are not damaged under RS232 specified fault conditions. Driver outputs and receiver inputs can withstand ±30V short circuit voltage and there are multiple ±10kV ESD protections on RS232 I/O pins. The high-performance driver output stage can achieve speeds of up to 250kbps when driving large capacitive loads. Typical supply current is only 12mA, which is comparable to CMOS devices. Several members of the series also include flexible operating mode controls. The DRIVER DISABLE pin can disable the drivers and charge pump, and the ON/OFF pin can shut down all circuitry. When shut down, the drivers and receivers are in a high-impedance state.

LINEAR LTC3806 handbook

The LTC3806 is a current mode synchronous flyback controller that drives N-channel power MOSFETs and requires very few external components. It is intended for medium power applications where multiple outputs are required. Synchronous rectification provides higher efficiency and improved output cross regulation than nonsynchronous converters. The IC contains all the necessary control circuitry including a 250kHz oscillator, precision undervoltage lockout circuit with hysteresis, gate drivers for primary and synchronous switches, current mode control circuitry and soft-start circuitry. Programmable soft-start reduces inrush currents. This makes it easier to design compliant Power Over Ethernet supplies. Low start-up current reduces power dissipation in the start-up resistor and reduces the size of the external start-up capacitor. The LTC3806 is available in a 12-pin, exposed pad DFN package.
